When Congress returns from recess in September they need to be reminded of the images from the streets of Ferguson, Mo. and vote to end Pentagon program 1033.
Why is this important?
Because Americans are guaranteed a right, and duty, in our constitution to stand up to and overthrow tyrannical governments. I hope it never comes to that, but if it does, it would be impossible to do with a militarized police force.
