The West Virginia budget is projected to fall $500Million short in 2017. A vital way to help fix this is to stop the prohibition of Cannabis. We can solve many types of issues if this is lifted; medicine for the sick, cash crop for farmers, spin-off industries for hemp, crowding of jails, keeping our youth in the state, and improving the tourism industry, plus many more.
