Ending Cannabis Prohibition in Mississippi
We would like to see the end of cannabis prohibition in Mississippi. Evidence currently shows, through a variety of credible sources, cannabis cultivation could be a boon to Mississippians through compassionate care to those with both chronic and terminal illnesses as well as a hardy, ecologically sound source of agriculture growth, and lastly, as source of jobs for the people of our state.
Why is this important?
The end of cannabis prohibition in the Great State of Mississippi is both a compassionate and business savvy way of providing jobs and tax revenue for the benefit of all Mississippians. We all know someone, or would benefit ourselves, from legislation ending cannabis prohibition. Whether it's a child with an unmanageable seizure disorder, a veteran suffering through the nightmare of PTSD, or a small farmer on the brink of bankruptcy looking for a versatile , marketable , cash crop--all of us know someone who will benefit from this initiative. Thank you for your time!
