Order the State Police, County Sheriffs, and local police to enforce Michigan law MCL 750.27, MSA 28.216.
Why is this important?
Our taxes are going up and services down because cigarettes are costing the state billions each year. Law 750.27, MSA 28.216, bans cigarettes, but the police refuse to enforce it. This refusal should be stopped, and enforcement ordered.
