Ensure Educational Equality in the U.S.

Access to educational equality should be mandatory in the United States. Students should not be assessed by their ability to perform on a standardized test and should rather be measured by their performance throughout the year. Teacher's ability to teach should not be determined by a child's ability to perform on one test.
