With the Fiscal Cliff looming and talks focused on Tax Increases for those making more than $250,000.00 and cuts to Medicare and Medicaid, I think it's time for our elected congressmen and senators to make cuts to their allowances for staff, office space, perks, pension and health coverage. It's outrageous that those that make the most and get exorbitant entitlements should be trying to make up the deficit by reducing Medicare and Medicaid benefits for those who have the most need.
Why is this important?
Republicans need to compromise! We elected President Obama because he has everyone's best interest at heart, now let him lead us to a more humane and prosperous existence.
