Environmental Transparency from Local and State Businesses

In light of Hurricane Sandy's destruction and ongoing climate change, local and state businesses MUST publicly provide a list of their environmental practices to the citizens in those municipalities in which they do business. Businesses would then receive a "grade" for their degree of environmental responsibility. In that way, average consumers can better decide where to spend their money.
