Government employees and elected officials should have access to healthcare programs that are limited to that which they make available to the citizens they serve, and like the citizens they serve, ends when they leave that service, with COBRA-like programs and a private healthcare exchange available for coverage continuation. Petition goal would be to establish a ballot measure that would strip current benefits and charge our elected officials to replace them with such programs.
