All government employees’ compensation such as insurance, income and retirement benefits are equal to the average non-government employee of the state they are working in or if military the state they enlisted in. As for the military soldiers that fought in, wounded in battle, or were station at a fighting zone for more than 6 months no changes to their current benefits. All other military will be considered as a government employees. This also includes the amount of years that the government employee has to work before retiring. The definition of a government employee is anyone that receives their income from either taxes or by charitable means that are not taxed.
