Stop the terminating of good employees and workers without giving any prior notice!
Why is this important?
Employers have to give employees a 2 week notice before terminating employment, unless the termination of is the fault of the employee. E.g. of theft, harassment, or other offenses. It is common practice for an employee to give a 2 week notice before resigning or ending employment, in order to protect the equal right of the employee, employers should have to give at least 2 weeks employment ending notice as well. Personally I think it should be more than 2 weeks notice an employer has to give since it is more difficult to find a place of employment than it is to find employees.
