Require prison sentences for corporate crimes and restitution to the victims, NOT fines paid to the government.
Why is this important?
I am disabled and my Wifes income is our only support. Her 401k has been cut by 50% and that money will never be recovered. The wall street bankers/brokers committed criminal acts that caused this loss. No criminal charges or sentences have been forthcoming. Had I committed the same crime, I would likely spend my life in prison. " white collar " crime should have the same consequences as anyone else. It is NOT a victimless crime.
