Equal Representation by District for County Commissioners

It is hereby enacted that all county commissioners in the state of Wyoming will be elected by district.

Why is this important?

Currently a county commisioner in Wyoming is elected at large. This allows unequal representation in several counties where the towns and cities have no representation and money is unequally spent. If districts are formed rather than at large people will be equally represented. It takes an act of the state legislature to insure equality.
