Same benefits for members of Congress &/or Senate...as U.S. Citizens, i.e. insurance, revised benefits: retirement, etc. Preferential treatment of 'elected officials' is abusively wrong, an affront to the taxpayer-citizenry.
Why is this important?
We U.S. Citizens are "expected" to pay our own way with OBAMA CARE and/or other health and retirement benefits. "I" am tired of paying for extravagant trips, parties, entertainment, absurd benefits, etc. In a similar vein, I think is criminally wrong to offer $$$ to other countries when our own citizenry is in need. I COULD GO ON & ON & ON!!! :(
