Congress shall make no law or pass no bill that does not also apply to members of Congress and the Senate and the President. All laws passed by congress shall apply to all three bodies and this shall be retro-active.
Why is this important?
It has long been the case that Congress is often exempt from laws they make to govern the country. This is patently unfair and must change. One glaring example is the fact that members of Congress and the Senate cannot be sued for Sexual Harassment. There are many other exemptions for them as well and this must change.
