Completely eliminate electronics from the voting process. Pass laws, federally enforceable, that demand vote processes including local, state and federal be on paper, with a legally enforceable chain of possession from ballot printing to vote cast, to local count and final tabulation. Over sight of all functions to be done by representatives from all parties that are proven valid for being on the ballot.
Why is this important?
Wealthy entities have been spending literally tens of billions of dollars a year for well over forty years on network security. Why is that? Because it is impossible to secure an electronic medium. We have given our most precious right, the right to vote, to that impossible to secure medium.
