ESPN: Do not break your promise to Connecticut taxpayers to create jobs. Do not layoff any employees!
Why is this important?
After taking millions in tax payer money from the state to create jobs, ESPN is now planning layoffs. More than 100 employees, and maybe as many as 400, are slated to be let go from their Bristol, CT headquarters.
This is unacceptable. ESPN took our money to create jobs, they cannot turnaround and fire employees instead.
Tell ESPN not to let any of its workers go!
