Every one should have a driver license
Everyone who lives in California that pays taxes, passes the required test, and has insurance should be allow to have a driver license.
Why is this important?
There is people who used to have a driver's license but now they are driving without because someone with racist ideas past this law in california. People need to drive to go to work, take their children to school and have to work at night time. It is not safe not to give a license to working people. There is no record of them if they don't have a license. I have been affected by this law. When people do not have a lincense they can be responsible when accident happen.
