Petition the House of Representatives to evoke Section 4 of the 25th Amendment to the Constitution. The President is exhibiting behaviors described in the DSM-5 manual, Narcissistic Personality Disorder symptoms.
Why is this important?
I am potentially adversely affected as are all citizens of the United States of America if the President does have a personality disorder that may prevent him from carrying out his duties. Congress can direct a physical and mental examination to make that determination.
