With the deregulation of energy, a new service charge was designed so the National Grid could maintain their infrastructure in times of need. Outages, replacement and labor. However they have just found a loophole that gives them excessive profits for doing less. We need to stop this outrageous profit making machine that rips off the consumer under the guise of deregulation.
