EXONERATION FOR MY GRANDSON DEMETRIUS
He was accused of Attempted Carjacking of an 8 year old Buick la sabra.
Listed below is a list of suppose allegations:
• The alleged Crime happened on 10-13-2010.
• On 11-23-2010 my Grandson was walking home from school to have lunch. He was stopped by police who told him that they were taking him in for questioning.
• Demetrius was interrogated and terrorized for 10 hours without food, water, and no use of restroom. Law enforcement then proceeded to arrest Demetrius without presence of parent or legal counsel. Demetrius was only 16 years old.
• Demetrius’ families are hardworking people. Their son didn’t deserve to be set up by a man who is dishonest and living off the state.
• This act was done out of racism to which this accuser received favoritism because of his political last name. (His last is__________________).
• Demetrius had no criminal record or gang affiliation.
• Demetrius lived in Moreno Valley, California for 4 months with his father.
• The lack of Justice changed Demetrius’ life forever. Demetrius will never go to his High School prom, or Graduate from High School with his class of 2012 all for a crime that never happened.
• He has earned his G.E.D which is not the same.
There is nothing anyone can do to replace the years taken from Demetrius. He is a good kid with no Criminal record. He should not have been sent to prison.
My question to you is why are our young African American males sent to Prison without committing a crime? Without evidence to prove a Crime was even committed. Demetrius has been locked up for 4 years. Read on and you will see how he was set up.
The accuser was a 48 year old man that weighed about 300 pounds. This man said his attacker was 5 ft., 7in tall, weighing 120lb. The alleged crime happened in Moreno Valley Ca. The Night Demetrius was arrested per the Police report, Demetrius was 5 ft., 10 in tall.
The accuser has influence in Moreno Valley Ca. his Sister was on the City Council in Moreno Valley. Currently she is being investigated by the FBI for Bribery. The citizens of Moreno Valley petitioned to get her recalled. She was recalled November 2014.
These are some of the people that are protecting the accuser and covering up for him. The accuser told the D.A. that He wanted Demetrius tried as an Adult and sent to Prison. The D.A. Paul Zellerbach did exactly what he was told to do by the accuser. The D.A. was voted out of office in June 2014.
The Accuser said Demetrius pulled a gun on him and asked for his car keys. The accuser said he wrestled the gun from Demetrius during the struggle. Demetrius’ shoes fell off his feet and red cap fell of his head. When the gun was sent to the Lab for testing, no evidence was found including no D.N.A. or fingerprints from the accuser or Demetrius. Obviously this man (accuser) is hiding something and the gun was wiped clean. He is also known to use alias names to benefit his self for status.
The shoes that the Accuser said fell off Demetrius’ feet were size 10.5. 4 years later, Demetrius wears a size 9.5 shoe. The cops never measured his feet. I NEED RIVERSIDE COUNTY TO EXPLAIN Why Demetrius didn’t receive JUSTICE? I will not stop until I get an ANSWER.
The Red Cap was placed into evidence to represent gang affiliation, the Riverside Co. gang task force check Orange Co, San Bernardino Co, Los Angeles Co, and Riverside Co. there was no evidence found to link Demetrius to gang affiliation, there were no evidence to link him to the alleged crime that night. Does evidence still matter in the Justice System? when you are sending 16 year old child to Prison.

Why is this important?
Demetrius is my only Grandson, he was 16 years old when he was framed and sent to Prison. My heartache every day is because I can't hug him and tell him I love him or kiss his handsome face. I can Pray that God will keep safe and send him home soon. With this Petition I hope no Mother or Grandmother will have to suffer the pain that Demetrius Family has.
