Governor Haslam, We want you to expand Medicaid. Stand up for us Governor, expand Medicaid and we will have your back when you work with the Tennessee legislators. The expansion of Medicaid is good for Tennessee. Everyone deserves quality health insurance and we signed our names to say "Governor Haslam, take care of the people in our great state.
Why is this important?
Medicaid expansion should be done in order to provide affordable healthcare coverage for those Tennesseans who will remain uninsured if Tennessee opts not to expand the program. The federal government will pay 90% of the cost and Tennessee will pay 10%. This saves the state money in healthcare cost.
