We are exposing Georgia chain of title fraud and demand that Georgia County Recorders be sanctioned from allowing banks and their assigns from recording robosigned documents, title documents with missing or improper notary seals, filing of copies not originals, filings of transfer of assignments by MERS. And just like the population of Iceland, this is an outcry from the American public that we want 100% of our mortgage debt cancelled without complicated restrictions for the blatant injurous acts of the Mortgage Industry.
Why is this important?
More than 90% of Georgians have a Chain of Title full of defects. Banks, Servicers, Debt Collectors or Attorneys are prohibited by Federal law from Foreclosing on a properties with Chain of Title defects, yet Georgia ignoring these facts, has a notorious reputation and ranked 4th in the Nation in foreclosures. I have personally discovered Robosigned documents recorded against my own property and have reported this fraud to the necessary government agencies.
