Puerto Rico deserves to have bipartisan Congressional support to have Chapter 9 of the Bankruptcy Laws extended to it as a measure of assistance to help solve its financial crisis. Democrats and Republicans must all come together. This is on behalf of the more than 5 million Puerto Ricans living in the U.S. We vote! We are 5 million strong!
