Extend the Bush Tax Cuts for 98% of Americans, and go back to the tax rate of 39.6% for people making over $250,000.
Why is this important?
I feel that raising tax rates for the upper 2% or people making over $250,000 would not hurt economic growth. If you look at the GDP vs. tax rates for the last 60 years, GDP has always been higher when tax rates were higher, because the middle class has more money to spend.
