Enact, in Florida, a non- partisan board of elections to oversee state and federal elections. I call on legislators to design an amendment to the state constitution, if necessary accomplish this, and act as a nationwide model. We are currently working on fair voting districts. Why is this important?
State election supervisors can not be biassed toward, or actively working for, a particular candidate, and fairly oversee election law. In recent years, even the pretense of objectivity has been ignored. States must enact non-partisan election boards to oversee elections and eliminate gerrymandering.
