Any entity which utilizes electronic forms of payment must process applications for refunds within the same time period as payment is collected and deposit such refund by electronic transaction within the same time period as payment is collected.

All entities who use electronic means of payment must issue refunds within the same time frame with which they collect payment and by the same method.
