Congress will perform their jobs 326 days a year and be paid by performance and attendance of said jobs.
Congressmen and Women will pay Taxes on any and all perks provided by the Taxpayers,ie: leased cars ,apartments College Tuition etc.
Why is this important?
Congress paying their fair share and putting in Honest ,productable wor days.
