Dear congress, senate, Mr. President, we are politely asking for tax fairness. The combined untaxed spending of religious organizations and other tax-exempt organizations totals in the hundreds of billions of dollars. Please stop taxing the people and allowing these organizations to create tax shelters. Tax fairness for everyone.
Why is this important?
The country's current debt is atrocious at $16 Trillion dollars. We all hate taxes and taxes getting raised. It's about time everyone pays their fair share, including churches, non-profits, and other tax exempt organizations.
