In order to create a fair and easy to audit tax system for all, corporations will be taxed the same as individuals on gross income and no longer on net profits. Smaller corporations will pay a lower rate just like individuals to help them maintain and create jobs.
The Supreme Court has already ruled that corporations are people so there is no question as to its constitutionality.
Why is this important?
Since corporations are to be considered people, they should get the same tax considerations as individual tax payers.
