Family law legal practices need stricter regulations for the lawyers

Thousands people go through the divorce procedures everyday. The divorce attorneys are very poorly regulated and the Washington Bar Association takes an approach that a back rubbing instead of setting a set of regulations that mandate lawyers not to drag on the procedures for their own profit, there is no penalties for the irregularities that lawyers commit during the divorce. The court is looking easily on those irregularities assuming that it is a "private matter between spouses" If you looked at WSBA penalties, for a lawyer to be punished they have to really commit a crime like stealing directly from a client, vs stealing through the retainer. Things are not getting filed properly, artificial created legalities are billed for, WSBA is priding itself on the increase amount of complaints that show the despicably shoddy legal work in family courts. Lawyers are charging $250-375 per hour and the fines for the shoddy work if any are $500. Since the Bar Association lawyers are fraternizing with the lawyers they are investigating and are afraid that they could be paying the fines for shoddy legal work so they are kept so low.
