Everyday that passes without Immigration Reform, 1,400 families are unfairly separated by detentions and deportations. You once said, “Strong families are indispensable contributors to the prosperity of our nation.” But how can families be strong when our broken immigration system is separating children from their parents? You have the power to stop this.
In November of 2012, immigration reform supporters like me came out in record numbers to vote for a representative who would fight for all of our families. 81% of your district supports passing comprehensive immigration reform this year. The majority of your constituents believe in strong families and a path to citizenship that keeps families together!
