Fathers Rights and 50/50 Co-Parenting Movement

We the people, want the 14th Amendment enforced in child custody cases, without prejudice. A joint legal and physical custody arrangement shall be assumed in both temporary and permanent parenting plans unless, without a reasonable doubt, hard evidence can prove that one of the parents shall be determined to be mentally unfit, by a certified mental health professional, to share legal custody.

Why is this important?

Although it takes two to create a child, our system has been broken for far too long. Men have been discriminated against, defamed, and falsely accused of abuse to gain sympathy by the mother. We need to change this and implement this necessary parenting plan before more children suffer the loss of deprived relationships with their fathers.
