A 16-team playoff would add entertainment value, help account for expenses incurred by all other sports at NCAA schools, eradicate corruption, and crown a true national champion.
Why is this important?
The Football Bowl Subdivision currently relies on the corrupt and unfair BCS system to determine a national champion. The NCAA should cut its ties with the BCS and implement a 16-team playoff.
