We demand a Federal Election Commission regulation requiring all levels of government to prove substantial voter fraud before they may enact voter ID laws and/or purge voter rolls. Substantial voter fraud is defined as a volume of fraud great enough to sway an election.
Why is this important?
Requiring every registered voter in a state to prove their right to vote and/or purging voter rolls is a violation of the Fifth Amendment because it deprives citizens of the most basic liberty without due process of law.
