Federal Lawmakers: Allow Due Process Of Law in the Court Systems for AR Postal Workers

STOP VIOLATING THE UNITED STATES EEO LAWS; permit ALL claims of discrimination filed by African American Postal Workers within the past 10 years in the Federal Court Systems against the AR District Postal Service be afforded a fair hearing with Due Process of Law.

Why is this important?

Claims of discrimination filed against the Arkansas District Postal Service (Postmaster General Patrick Donahue) , by African American Postal Workers are dismissed at a record number by Administrative judges; the Office of Federal Operations; Federal Civil Court judges in AR without due process. I believe that the current process is unjust-"Injustice anywhere is a threat to Justice everywhere." M.L. King, Jr.
