The entire tax code should be scrapped thereby eliminating all tax breaks. A new progressive tax code shall be adopted with no tax breaks that does not benifit at least 50 percent Or more of the population. Agricultural and oil and gas would fall in this category but the tax breaks must be passed on to the populace.
