FEMA: Don't Leave Dogs to Drown in Houston Flood!

Require that all emergency rescue operations include our furry friends.

Why is this important?

Reports indicate that dogs have been left behind while chained to trees, or stuck in cages, as the flood waters rise around them. Families have been torn apart in the past, as emergency rescue operations have required guardians to leave their beloved dogs or cats behind. We're asking that head of the Federal Emergency Rescue operations, William Long, require that all rescue personnel include dogs, cats, and other animals in their efforts to save lives.
