To: Hon. Jeff Sessions, Attorney General of the USA
Fight corruption in Puerto Rican politics
We formally request the Attorney General convene a Grand Jury and appoint a prosecutor to conduct an investigation into the state of affairs on the island of Puerto Rico, the generalized political corruption, and the use or misuse of public funds by elected officials and other possible crimes.
Why is this important?
Due process and civil rights are being brashly violated by the crushing pressure from Congress to have the citizenship pay for a debt they had no foreknowledge about, while those responsible and gained personal profits from that debt are getting an ‘out-of-jail-free’ card. Only a thorough in-depth investigation by a federal Grand Jury can assure the American citizens living in Puerto Rico that the sacrifices being imposed by the governmental entities are fair and equitable.
