As a resident of the state of Connecticut, we cannot afford any additional taxes at the gas pump. I am against the Governor and State Legislature increasing gasoline taxes!
Why is this important?
Connecticut has one of the highest gas taxes in the nation. Governor Malloy recently announcing his plan to increase the gasoline tax by 7cpg, creating a new $3 tax on each tire sold in CT, in addition to implementing tolls. It's time to communicate to your local legislators that we cannot afford any additional taxes at the pump. You can help by signing this petition to stop the gasoline tax increase.
