Fight the FDA!

Force the FDA to cease and desist in all illegal activity, rulings, and decisions immediately. In the FDAs brief in the case - Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund v Sevelius, "Number" C 10-4018-MWB, filed 26 Apr 2010 they state their beliefs that;
"There is no fundamental right to freedom of contract". This means they assert that you cannot enter into any contract without governmental restrictions. They state this so that they can stop or invalidate anything that anyone does which they choose to disapprove of.
They further state this heinous concept:
"There is no generalized right to bodily and physical health". This implies that they have the right to harm your health. This means that if they remove health options which keep you healthy and you become sick, it does not matter, you don't have the right to health. Not even if that is necessary for your pursuit of "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."
As if that were not enough they further believe that "There is no right to consume or feed children any particular food". This basically means that while you do not have the right to consume or feed your family specific foods, somehow they have decided that THEY have the right to make that choice instead of you. Despite the fact that these people do not know your particular biochemistry, needs, or allergies, etc.
In line with these rulings Judge Fiedler in Wisconsin asserts that people do not have the fundamental right to own a milk cow or dairy herd, and they further have no right to consume the milk from their own cow, keep it at a farm,"OR PRODUCE AND CONSUME THE FOODS OF THEIR CHOICE"
You see the FDA's stance is already propogating the insanity, and it will be coming to a town near you.
These rulings fly in the face of 236 years of legal precedent and literal necessity in the formation and growth of this country alone. In fact, were these tenets to be forced back upon history we would literally have no civilization.
We must tell the Congress and the President that we are sick of the FDA declaring war on the American people and their choices regarding healing and nutrition, diet and lifestyle. We demand that they do not mount even one more unconstitutional SWAT raid in support of their corporate friendly and citizen damaging policies. We demand they stop abrogating our rights to OUR CHOICE of food and health.
