Review and modify the rules governing the Filibuster process to assure that a majority rules outcome will apply to legislative actions and that the use of a filibuster be limited only to significant issues affecting the entire country.
Why is this important?
Citizens just shake their heads over the lack of legislative outcomes in Washington . EVERYONE wants better results. One of the major barriers is the Filiibuster rule which abandons the "majority rules" concept present in every democratic institution. This rule must be modified to once again restore citizens trust and confidence in it's government.
