Filibuster Reform Day 1

Senator Reid, We understand that the filibuster, under Senate Rules, is designed to protect the rights of the minority in the Senate, however the filibuster was never meant to be used as a weapon of mass obstruction. There is vital work that must be done for the sake of the future of our country and we, the people, are tired of the the Republican obstruction of the past 4 years. The rights of the people of this country should supersede the rights of the "minority" in the Senate. You can make changes to the Senate Rules with a simple majority vote on day one. Please show some courage and do what is right for the people of the United States of America.
