Financial Responsibility
All elected officials shall be held accountable for all financial desisions that do not reflect voters demands or reflections, based on majority principles. Any elected official that does not comply to majority voter issues shall be held in personal financial responsibility of all reimbursements of revenues directed to these types of venturs missleading or malfeasances.
Why is this important?
IF and when voters pass a no on spending, such as Portland Oregon light rail extension to the airport, and city government builds it anyway, and it looses revenue monthly; the officials involved should be held accountable financially,'personally' liable.
