Legislators will be fined the cost of doing business (Obamacare Repeal estimated at $5,000 every time) for submitting bills that have already not passed without new provisions, bills that are obviously unconstitutional where the Supreme Court has already ruled on a decision, and bills produced by a third party for benefit of that party and not the public as a whole. ignorance of the constitution and subsequent laws excuses no one.
