We believe that gun ownership should be under the same laws that governs our privilege to drive a motor vehicle on the public thorough ways. Gun owners shall be required regularly to renew the license after passing all tests.
Why is this important?
All Fire Arm owners shall be required to take and pass a test proving their, 1) Ability to safely handle the class of Fire Arm they own. 2) Ability to prove they can safely store the class of Fire Arm they own. 3) Ability to pass a simple mental competency test. 4) Gun owners shall be required to carry insurance that compensates victims of gun foul play.
