Fire Chris Grier and Mike McDaniels

Dear Stephan Ross, I have been a Dolphin fan my entire 27 years on this earth. I have been filled with anguish and tormented by peers because of it. Chris Grier is a weasel and manages to skate every year making terrible decisions that impacts our team. He can not draft, he can’t  negotiate and he has been taking advantage of your kindness for years letting this continue. Mike McDaniel is not a leader of men and his scheme has been figured out. It is time for change. You have done a great job with the renovations of the stadium and growing the brand. Unfortunately your head coach and GM only care about making friends and not winning football games. We paid an injury prone QB because his head coach and his Yeezy collection couldn't conduct a practice without him. Now, as a team, we do not have  capital or money to compete in the near future. Please read these words and feel my emotion off this page so we can make the Phins great again. Phins Up
