Why is this important?
In 2009 and 2010, Gladys Carrion authoritzed two juvenile maximum security prisons,Brookwood and Goshen, to bring a 15 year old and an older prostitute to these prisons to perform sexual services for convicted youthful criminals, including
three convicted murders. No one was disciplined for
these state worker crimes.
