Fire Obstructionists for Violating their Oaths of Office
All members of the Congress or the Senate who have publicly admitted they intended to stop the Obama Administration through their inaction or obstruction have violated their Oaths of Office, and therefore should be ejected from office immediately, without pay or benefits.
Why is this important?
This petition was created to bring to light the violation of the Oath of Office all obstructionists committed when they fought against all of Obama's administrations appointments and bills. The oath of office all Representatives take is as follows:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."
Any GOP member or Tea Party Republican who entered into office and publicly declared their primary mission was to stop Obama's administration is in direct violation of their oaths, as they purposefully entered into office with, "mental reservation (and/)or purpose of evasion." By violating their oaths, they have given up their rights to represent the people of their respective states and should be immediately ejected from office, without benefits or pay.
