First Amendment a Felony?
Pres. Obama, Veto this radical abuse of our Civil Rights! Our Very Constitution is being stripped bare in the name of security. Well, When we lose freedoms in the name of safety, we have neither. Benjamin Franklin said that and he's right. We have lost much to the Patriot Act including habeus corpus. When will this end? With Serfdom? Let's bring back some sanity. Thank you.
Why is this important?
Federal buildings and grounds improvements bill, HR 347. Is the "Anti Occupy Bill"! By the discretion of a federal agent any person on federal property or on grounds survailed by secret service, et al is subject to be deemed off limits to Any Peaceful Assembly or action of free speech. Basically, where or whenever "they" say so, you are in violation of federal law, a felony, for exercising your First Amendment Constitutional Right.
