Businesses who may be found to be in violation of the ADA codes must be given a period of time of no less than 60 days to update/upgrade the deficiency!
Why is this important?
Many businesses are subject of "shakedown" lawsuits by attorneys and plaintiffs who have no real interest in the ADA, but are focused on the easy targets of small, mom and pop businesses who are shaken down to pay or face the threats of litigation.
